Financing is provided by third-party funding partners. All terms, pricing, approvals and declines are determined solely by those partners under their own agreements with you.

Nothing on this site is an offer of financing or a commitment to arrange it. Figures produced by the qualification estimator are indicative illustrations generated from the inputs you provide, not offers or approvals.

Submitting an application does not guarantee that any partner will make an offer.

You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to apply on behalf of the business named in the application.

You agree not to submit information about a business you do not own or represent, and not to upload documents you do not have the right to share.

By submitting an application you authorise us to share the information and documents provided with our funding partners for the purpose of obtaining financing offers. You may withdraw this authorisation at any time by contacting us, though information already shared cannot be recalled from a partner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fidelity Syndicate LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this site, from an application, or from any decision made by a funding partner.
