Fidelity Syndicate LLC is based in Miami, Florida. We work with business owners to secure working capital — lines of credit, term loans, equipment financing, and revenue based financing — through a network of funding partners.

The world of business financing can be daunting. Owners often start a company from a passion or a strong idea — that does not always mean they have been shown the full range of options, whether that is a term loan, a line of credit, equipment financing, revenue based financing, or something else.
That is where we come in. We work with each client to craft a financing plan that suits their goals. Need funding for increased inventory? A short-term bridge between two larger transactions? Our team searches our network of funding outlets to find a package that fits.
What sets us apart is a long-term view. We do not treat a file as a one-off close. We do not turn smaller businesses away. We work to meet the need in front of us, then stay available as the company grows — so Fidelity Syndicate can remain your source for working capital.
We are compensated by the funding partner when a transaction closes. There is no fee to apply, and no obligation to accept an offer.
What to expect when you get in touch
You will speak to a person, usually the same day. We will ask what the money is for, how long you have been trading, and roughly what your monthly deposits look like. If we do not think we can help, we will say so then rather than collecting documents first.
If it looks workable, we ask for three to six months of business bank statements. No hard credit inquiry is performed at this stage. Your statements are transmitted and stored encrypted, and shared only with the funding partners reviewing your file.
