1. Who we are

Fidelity Syndicate LLC is a business financing broker based in Miami, Florida. We arrange financing through third-party funding partners. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions.

This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or submit an application, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to delete it.

2. Information we collect

Business information: legal business name, trading name, industry, time in business, business address and state, average monthly revenue, requested amount, intended use of funds and business website.

Contact information: your name, job title, ownership percentage, email address and telephone number.

Documents you upload: business bank statements and any supporting documents a funding partner requests.

3. How bank statements are handled

Uploaded statements are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored encrypted at rest. Access is limited to staff working on your application.

Statements are shared only with funding partners actively reviewing your file. They are never sold, never rented, and never used to build marketing lists.

4. Sharing with funding partners

To obtain offers we share your application and documents with funding partners whose criteria match your file. Each partner is an independent company and processes your information under its own privacy policy.

We share only what is needed to assess the application. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

5. Credit inquiries

No hard credit inquiry is performed when you submit an application to us. A funding partner may perform one at final underwriting if you choose to proceed with that partner, and you will be told before that happens.

6. Retention

7. Your choices and deletion requests

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests are handled within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements and to information already provided to a funding partner.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and least-privilege permissions. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit the data we collect and how long we keep it.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
